The Brockville Youth Football Association league is open to boys and girls of all skill levels and will run from April through June. The goal will be to allow boys and girls the opportunity to learn tackle football skills while having fun and enjoying social aspects of the game. This league will provide a wonderful opportunity to instill the value of good sportsmanship in our city’s youth, while at the same time developing their athletic skills. There are four divisions divided by age.

Cost

For those wishing to pay online with a Credit Card or PayPal, this service is available at no extra charge. Additionally, a refundable $200 equipment deposit will be collected when equipment is handed out, dated July 1st, 2010 and returned upon equipment hand in at the end of the season.

Practice and Games

Players will practice 2-3 times per week, rain or shine and practices will run approximately 1– 1½ hours. Once the season begins, players can expect 1 game per week in addition to the regular practice schedule. Practice schedules are determined by the individual coaches.

Flag League runs Monday nights 6:00 - 7:30 PM.

Equipment Required

Each player will require non-metal football cleats, mouth guard and water bottle to be brought to each practice and game. Standard protective football equipment will be provided by the league.
